"Wash Day" 2007.
Installation of fresh washing as part of an exhibition called "Social Housing" at School of Architecture, UCA, Canterbury. The smell of washing powder used to clean the clothing was an important part of the installation and was intended to be evocative of childhood memory of wash day, at a time when the local community hung their washing outdoors on the same day.
